This document sets out the terms that apply to HoloHoard Premium subscriptions. By purchasing a Premium subscription, you agree to the terms below.

1. Billing & Renewals

HoloHoard Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize HoloHoard to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing period.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

2. Cancelation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • Canceling prevents future renewals.

  • Your Premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • Once a billing period has started, it cannot be refunded or partially refunded.

You may resubscribe at any time after cancelation.

3. Payment Issues & Failed Charges

If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the charge using the same payment method.

If payment is not successfully completed within a reasonable period:

  • Your Premium subscription may be temporarily suspended, and

  • If payment is not resolved, the subscription may be canceled automatically.

If a payment is reversed, charged back, or disputed, your Premium subscription may be canceled immediately without refund.

4. Price Changes

We may change the price of Premium subscriptions from time to time to reflect changes to our features, costs, or business conditions.

When possible, we will provide advance notice, which may be given by:

  • Email,

  • In-app notification, or

  • An announcement on the HoloHoard website.

Price changes will not affect the current billing period and will only apply from your next renewal. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

5. Premium Features

Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features, limits, or functionality not available on the free plan.

Premium features may evolve over time. We may add, modify, or remove features as the platform develops, provided that the subscription continues to offer reasonable value overall.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to misuse, abuse, or violation of platform rules, any active Premium subscription may be canceled without refund.
