1. Getting Started
What is HoloHoard?
HoloHoard is a free trading card collection tracker that helps TCG collectors organize, value, and share their cards across multiple games. You can explore games and sets, and, with a free account you can add cards to your collection, record notes, share lists with others, find deals, and more.
How do I create an account?
Simply click Sign Up here. You can register with your email and password, or use Google Login for quick access.
Is HoloHoard free to use?
Yes. All features are free. We might add new optional premium features in the future, such as advanced analytics and tools for sellers, but none of the existing free features will ever become paid.
2. Collection Tracking
Can I track card parallels and variants (e.g., holos, serialised, promos)?
Yes. Each variant has its own entry in HoloHoard, including images, print runs, and other variant-specific information. You can stack or unstack variants and parallels when you are viewing your collections or browsing sets.
Can I track graded cards?
Absolutely. You can log raw or graded cards, specify the grader (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.), grade score.
Can I track autographed and print errors?
Yes. HoloHoard has options to add a card with autograph and print error. Additionally, you can add your own custom notes for each of your collection's entry
Can I track cost and value?
HoloHoard allows you to enter meta-data for each card you own. Was it pulled? Traded? Bought as single? You can record all these details together with the price paid and the date of acquisition.
Are there any limits to collected items?
No, you can add as many cards as you want to your collections! You can also have as many collections as uniquely available games there are on HoloHoard.
3. Sharing & Community
Can I share my collection with friends?
Yes. You have full control of sharing permissions. You can generate a private or public link to your collection or list and share it with friends, potential buyers, or trading partners.
Can other users edit my collection?
No. Shared links are view-only by default — only you can make changes to your collection.
How can I request a new feature or game?
We welcome feedback and requests for additions! Visit our Ideas & Feedback page to submit requests.
I found an error in a card listing. How can I fix it?
If you spot a mistake in our database (wrong text, missing details, etc.), you can help us improve it by submitting an edit on the Edit Card page. Our team reviews all edits to keep the database accurate.
I have a better card photo. Can I upload it?
Yes, please! High-quality card images help the whole community. Just head to the Edit Card page and upload your improved photo.

4. Privacy & Account
Who can see my collection?
By default, your collection is private. You decide what to share and with whom.
What personal data does HoloHoard collect?
Only your email (and name if you choose to provide it). See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can permanently delete your account and all data from your account settings at any time. Please contact us if you need help with that.
